Privacy Policy
Mendster Ltd — Effective 1 July 2026
Mendster Ltd operates online applications that complement or improve your use of Zendesk and other supported platforms (the “Services”). Personal information regarding individuals in the UK, the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland is controlled by Mendster Ltd. Mendster complies with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

How Your Information is Used
Information you provide. When you purchase an Application, you provide personal information. We use it to give you a better experience, improve the Application, or to comply with law. For Mendster Voice specifically, we only store the fields you configure and their associated Zendesk tickets — we do not passively read your Zendesk data or write anything back other than what is required to provide the Application. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card details.
Log information. Our servers automatically record certain information, such as your IP address and the date and time of access.
Communications. When you email us, we may retain the message so we can respond and improve our Application. You can opt out of marketing at any time by emailing [email protected].
Other sites. This Privacy Policy applies to the Application and Website only. We do not control third-party sites.
Information Security
We share your personal information with our data processors as set out in this Privacy Policy. Our data processors are required to comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
We process personal information on servers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States of America, and you consent to processing in those locations. Some of these jurisdictions may have laws that are different, and potentially not as protective, as those of your own country.
We take appropriate security measures — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. We do not warrant that these measures will prevent every incident and disclaim liability for incidents outside our reasonable control.
We will notify you within 72 hours of any actual breach of security that poses a risk to the security, confidentiality or integrity of your personal information.
Access and Control of Personal Information
You may at any time request a copy of your personal information in machine-readable form, request that we correct inaccuracies, ask us to restrict processing, or request deletion — where we are not otherwise required to retain the data by law. Email [email protected] to make a request.
Termination of Account
We will promptly delete all copies of your personal information following the earlier of when it is no longer needed to provide you with the Application, or upon your written request. We may retain some personal information after termination if reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable law.
Complaints
When we receive formal written complaints, we contact the complaining user to discuss their concerns.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing the amended version on the Website.
Please see our Data Processing Addendum for information about how we act as a data processor on your behalf.
